To maintain the Davis Branch Library's hours of operation; expand its collection, resources and children's services; enlarge and modernize the building; and to authorizr library services for South Davis; shall the annual special tax be increased from $42 to $88 per parcel (multifamily parcels would pay $44 per unit), increasing at 2% per year; may the tax repay an additional $7,500,000 in bonds; all as specified in Yolo County Resolution No. 07-65?
