Shall the City of Woodland extend the current one-half cent sales tax for City facilities, services and programs, with the following mandatory restrictions? (a) The current one-half cent sales tax expires June 30, 2006, if approved the sales tax will be extended to and expire not later than June 30, 2012. (b) The citizens shall receive annually a published report of income and expenditures.
